The Bill (Reg. No.1306) introduces extra pension provision of certain categories of workers employed at the enterprises with difficult or harmful conditions of work. Regulations of the Bill also appertain to the workers at the positions that envisage pension on preferential terms or for long service.
The Pension Fund of Ukraine and its territorial bodies are to control timeliness and fullness of professional pension dues provided by a payer.
